Drunk Driver Hit Law Office Building Downtown Tacoma WA

October 3, 2003 Tacoma, WA 600 block of Commerce Street. Not sure if the male driver was on his way to talk his attorney about a previous dui or what, but he managed to put his small pickup through the front door of the building while parking. He was arrested for dui. No injuries. The truck was being towed away when I arrived. I was unable to get any video of it, but it had a nice deep V impression in the front end

Making repairs will stop the buyer’s discount clock from ticking. The buyer will add up benefits of buying your perfect property.

Buyers dont want to make repairs; they dont want to spend money on leaky faucets and torn screens. They would rather buy new furniture.

Let the buyer see value everywhere. Make them want to buy your property. Its Simple:
